Position Summary:
The Finance Director has overall responsibility for financial reporting for K16, including meeting corporate requests and
in gathering information from ETS Corp for the K16 BU. The role has primary responsibility for budgeting/forecasting, financial analyses, strategic planning,
reporting, and investment support/ tracking. The role involves coordinating with various corporate units, especially corporate finance, and accounting, as with
other K16 teams to define and report performance metrics and facilitate strategic decision-making. The position reports to the SVP for K16 and is responsible
for managing or overseeing staff (potentially including US analyst(s) as well as offshore support).
Responsibilities:
Thorough financial and data analysis and reporting, as well as internal communication and
discussion to drive business insights and value for the SBU.
Direct budgeting/forecasting/ strategy as well as other corporate processes for SBU
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses and reporting to senior management, as
required.
Develop/present recommendations based on financial data to support effective decision
making.
Coordinate change between the SBU and corporate finance, including updates to KPIs,
reports, and reporting categories to provide appropriate transparency and business insights.
Assist in developing overall business strategy and planning goals for assigned area(s)
Monitor and report on capital expenditures and investment proposal submissions and track.
Provide financial support and guidance to SBU leadership, product leadership, and coordinate
leadership.
Collaboration with Corporate Finance Team: Act as the key point of contact for data,
information, and work product between the SBU and the Corporate Finance team at ETS.
Lead coordination for budgeting, reporting, forecasting, etc.
Develop, maintain and oversee new initiatives that add to the accomplishment of business
goals.
Manage staff of finance managers and analysts
Lead process improvement initiatives / transformation projects and measure benefits
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with laws/regulations applicable to the job function

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field required.
MBA in Finance and/or accounting preferred.
Certified Public Accountant other relevant professional certification strongly preferred.
7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, management, and reporting including
working directly with senior leadership.
Prior experience in a leadership role including leading a strong analytical FP&A team.
Expertise in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and MS Office.
Project Management experience.
Strong analytical, management, presentation, and communication skills required.
