What The Position is About:
• Oversee the Exteriors sales division (25 sales reps) to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain the sales roster
• Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
• Develop and implement sales strategies & process to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
• Proven sales management experience within the home improvement industry
• Strong roofing background is preferred
• Track record of retaining, training, and growing a successful sales team
