We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our innovative team. This role focuses on leveraging advanced AI technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as Langchain and LlamaIndex, and a strong background in building and implementing AI-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop LLM Solutions: Create AI-powered solutions tailored to customer needs, using LLMs and relevant frameworks to enhance our SaaS offerings.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify client requirements, qualify opportunities, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demos and presentations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions to potential clients.
Integration and Support: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions, incorporating customer feedback into product development.
Customer Training: Provide comprehensive technical support and training to customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, best practices, and case studies.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
LLM Expertise: Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, Python programming, and relevant ML libraries.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on designing and implementing effective AI solutions.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer-Facing Experience: Prior experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
