Purpose: Provide monitoring services and technical expertise to enhance production in customers’ wells

Essential Functions
• Monitor and optimize production in customer’s wells, making recommendations and changes that result in enhanced production and reduced downtime
• Provide continuous reporting of qualitative and quantitative data for the sales team and customers, highlighting areas requiring additional attention
• Participate in meetings and other communication forums with the Sales team and customers to provide guidance and expertise
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to address operational and production concerns, so that appropriate measures are taken
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting in conjunction with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and the customers
• Continually enhance the monitoring and optimization software by reviewing for accuracy and suggesting improvements
• Develop written reports and other management information
• Continuously define, revise and improve processes for improved quality and efficiency in responding to internal and external customer needs
• Comply with Company policy and procedures, whether written or communicated verbally, including the instructions and directions from individuals in direct supervisory positions
• Participate in other projects and duties as required to support the team

Education/Licenses/Certifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Chemical) or related technical field is required for this position
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license

Experience
• Two years’ experience in a technical role in artificial lift is preferred for this position.

Skills/Knowledge
• Analytical abilities
• Strong computer literacy
• Field experience with ESPs, HPS and VSDs is preferred.
