Well-funded and growing startup is looking for a Senior or Staff Level Full-Stack Engineer to join their team! You will work closely with the CTO and lead 4 other developers from a technical standpoint. Job Details
Responsibilities
• Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack solutions from inception to deployment
• Build and optimize backend services using Rust and Go
• Develop and maintain efficient front-end applications using TypeScript and Node.js
• Leverage CloudFlare for performance optimization and security
• Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to define technical specifications for new features
• Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and implement bug fixes
• Experiment with new technologies and development boards to drive innovation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products under tight schedules
Requirements
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience (ideally founding engineer or CTO)
• Proven experience building out a product 0 to 1 in a startup setting
• Strong experience with Rust and/or Go for backend development
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js for front-end and server-side development
• Familiarity with CloudFlare for CDN, security, and performance enhancements
• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, high-performance applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex system architectures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Passion for innovative video streaming products and technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role within the company
