Job Description:

As the SaaS Business Development Manager at Quest Labs, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and establishing Quest Labs as a leader in AI-driven personalization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, with a focus on SaaS, e-commerce, and digital marketing sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective and existing client companies.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Quest Labs’ growth objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Quest Labs’ AI-powered personalization products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing how Quest Labs’ solutions can meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, and leverage this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing industries, with experience selling into these sectors.
• Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and technology to manage the sales process and track performance.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth and market expansion.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a startup mentality.
• Self-Motivated: Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
