Lead small teams of developers through the software development lifecycle Work closely with the project management team to assist in the collection of customer requirements and the creation of functional specifications. Create solutions across all layers of a web application from the UI to the database. Develop and maintain quality code, create unit tests, and fix bugs. Review code developed by team members. Keep up to date with and provide recommendations for new technologies. Drive continuous improvement in our software development process within an agile team. Help troubleshoot production issues and support maintenance of client's systems. About You: You're a fit for the role of Lead Software Engineer if your background includes: Ability to work regular schedule of Pacific Standard Time business hours. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of object-oriented development experience, Java preferred. 3+ years of web development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC. 3+ years of SQL development experience.
