Actively seeking a creative, highly talented Business Development Associate to join our expanding team. If you're a goal-oriented self-starter with a passion for driving growth, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and achieve sales goals.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
Day-to-Day:
• Research potential leads and analyze market strategies.
• Contact potential clients via email, social media, or phone to set up meetings.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate information in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Qualifications:
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably with an architectural design or engineering firm.
• Strong prospecting, sales planning, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English and socially adept.
