A Typical Day In This Role Includes
• SplashHR Data Warehouse Governance - Ensure data accuracy & usability, manage access and security, ensure robust data architecture
• Ownership of Data - Account for data knowledge and completeness, establish data dictionary and drive consistency
• Change Requests - Continuously support business needs with data availability
• BU Enablement - Collaborate with BU based data/analytics teams to provide access and guidance on how best to leverage the data available in SplashHR
• Coordination - Work with SplashHR supplier and BUs’ local IT teams on delivering data projects
• Data Extraction & Transformation - Design scalable data pipeline and deliver transformed data set with multiple sources
• Data Integrity - Identify gaps in data and develop innovation solutions for improving data reliability
• System Communications - Deliver communications regarding any application/system maintenance, upgrade, issues, etc.
This role would be a good fit for you if:
• You are able to translate technical concepts into clear and concise narratives for different stakeholders
• You have a good understanding end-users needs and providing satisfying customer support
• You are able to collaborate and work closely with data analyst, developers, IT professionals, business stakeholders and people teams
What You'll Need
• Programming – working knowledge of languages like PL/SQL, Python, R
• Modelling – Dimensional modelling, optimized data architecture and ETL concepts
• Data Governance – Solutions for quality maintenance
• Data Integration – Effectively integrate large data sets from multiple sources (e.g. Oracle)
• Problem-solving – Identify data issues and provide solutions
