This position is within our local Mount Vernon, Ohio office. We are an "Elite" Allstate agency and in the top percentage of agencies, state wide. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is desiring a full time sales career within a positive, results oriented, winning culture.

This is a full time position where your primary responsibility will be to help our customers secure the best policies with the appropriate coverages to protect them and their families. We provide many incoming prospects for you to work with, but you will also be responsible for generating business and outgoing prospecting of your own. This position consists of phone conversations with incoming prospects, in-office appointments, sales, and out-going prospecting. We provide the tools, technology and training. In addition, we provide comprehensive training, instruction, and ongoing coaching from some of the top insurance professionals in the country. No experience is necessary.

DePolo & Associates is a fun, fast paced environment where our customer's are our number one priority. No experience is required. The candidate must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
We offer a competitive base salary + commission + numerous bonus opportunities as well as benefit programs.
An average producer makes $5,000 to $6,000 monthly. A top sales person has unlimited earning potential.
