Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 per annum

Our Energy & Infrastructure Business Unit aim be the go-to advisers / technical problem solvers for the global energy and critical national infrastructure sectors – inspiring confidence and providing certainty for our customers.
Responsibilities
The Strategy Associate Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the Energy & Infrastructure Business Unit’s 5-year strategic plan to improve growth and profitability across all 3 lines of business (Technical Consultancy, Management Consultancy and Ventures and Innovation). Further responsibilities will include:
• Develop and refine the Energy & Infrastructure market growth plan and sales strategy.
• Create actionable plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and improve revenue growth beyond the strategic plan, in conjunction with Strategy & Growth Director.
• Identify and conduct due diligence on potential target acquisitions as part of a proactive Energy & Infrastructure M&A plan.
• Develop plans for the effective downstream integration of acquired organisations
• Analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications And Experience
• Significant experience in a management role or consulting role.
• Experience with delivering effective growth projects and initiatives with measurable results and impact.
• An understanding of the external environment and market trends.
• A high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels, inside and outside the business.
• An enthusiasm and commitment for the organisation’s purpose and goals, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the executive and the organisation.
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and will be required to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
