Fleet Maintenance Clerk/Service Writer in the Haverhill, MA area. Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to $24/hr. Based on experience. The ideal Fleet Maintenance Clerk candidate would have atleast 3+yrs of Fleet Maintenance Clerk/Service Writer experience. Someone experienced with supporting maintenance team by scheduling preventive maintenance, ordering parts, part inventory levels and accuracy, and processing reports for management. Job Duties:
Maintains the availability of parts for Fleet Repairs
Maintains fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units.
Inputs fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily.
Files the repair orders and inspection reports
Reviews purchase orders with accounting to ensure accuracy and proper payment of invoices.
Enters maintenance-related data into the system daily as needed. Verifies the information entered by mechanics.
Order parts that were requested with shop manager approval
Produces productivity and usage reports for management.
