Skills & Requirements:
• Extensive experience in U.S. government acquisitions.
• Proven success in a high-performance sales environment.
• Passion for drones, robotics, and complex hardware-software integrations.
• Experience with Startups.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Sales Strategy: Oversee sales across federal, state, local, international, and commercial sectors.
• Team Development: Build and lead a specialized sales team to address diverse customer needs.
• Sales Opportunities: Secure government and commercial R&D contracts to expand a $7M pipeline.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a top-tier experience for all clients.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to refine forecasts, improve products, and enhance messaging.
