Summary Of Role

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Business Transformation team as a Business Analyst. This is a dynamic role that will require you to take on projects across a large breadth of supply chain areas (Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, etc.) and interact with high visibility to Executives in the organization. You will play an integral role in the development and delivery of forward-looking, efficient, resilient and sustainable strategies and processes for the GSC organization. This role focuses heavily on problem solving, data analysis, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Essential Responsibilities Include
• Identify and drive forward projects to implement new strategies and processes for Sourcing, Planning, Logistics and Material Management
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs and improve resiliency and sustainability in the GSC organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives and initiatives with business goals and priorities
• Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of supply chain projects and processes
• Assist in the development of presentation content and reporting to executive leadership
• Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Other Responsibilities
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications
• Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively to quickly conduct analyses and build solutions in a rapidly changing organization
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
• Travel - Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications
• Proficient in Excel, and other data analysis tools
• Project management skills
• Strong planning & organizational skills

Expected Salary Range

$82,300.00 - $146,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
