Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Sales Manager at Creators Corner. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing events, driving sales through effective communication strategies, managing private events, and ensuring seamless event execution. This role is primarily located in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for remote work.
This is the perfect position for someone who is already building a startup, works in startup banking, tech, or related fields
Qualifications
• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Sales and Communication skills
• Experience in organizing private events
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the tech industry and startup ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Build and cultivate strategic, positive relationships for the firm with a network of technology decision makers, understanding their business challenges and connecting them to portfolio companies and partners to help them solve these challenges
• Develop long-term relationships with portfolio companies and connect to companies and technology network through introductions, meetings, corporate briefings, events, and conferences
• Lead efforts to build important relationships through hosting dinners, receptions, or other events to bring together our network, firm, and portfolio
• Nurture high-value relationships with senior executives in the technology industry
• Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to align on B2B business development initiatives and other firm-wide goals
• Mentor and train other team members on our GTM Network team
