Northern State University seeks a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Chinese.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a master’s degree or PhD in Chinese or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate level credits in Chinese. Experience teaching Chinese is desired. Experience teaching online is essential. The successful candidate must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, as well as demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate education and an ability to build an effective rapport with undergraduate students in an online learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Teach online introductory and advanced courses in Mandarin simplified. Position reports to the Chair of the Department of English, Communication, and Global Languages in the College of Arts and Sciences at Northern State University.
