We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic global team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies and solutions that will help drive our business forward. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, developers, and business professionals to design and deliver innovative AI solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI models, algorithms, and tools that solve complex business problems and enhance our existing solutions
• Extend existing ML frameworks and libraries to meet unique business needs
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation, and ongoing monitoring of performance metrics
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to understand their AI needs and present effective solutions and impact in a clear and concise manner
• Conduct in-depth data research and implement data acquisition and cleaning processes to support AI models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business trends and opportunities, and develop features to improve baseline workflow efficiency and customer experience
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and regular feedback to junior team members to support their professional development, and contribute to a positive team culture of continuous learning and growth
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of practical experience in AI development, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning
• Ability to write robust codes in Python. Experience with Object Oriented Programming, Multiprocessing & API frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases or cloud-based data warehouse services
• Experience with Transformers and popular model frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics, and ability to apply them to real-world problems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and solve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Curious, self-driven, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work with complex data
