The Team:

The Research Manager team is a dynamic group with a high degree of expertise and specialist experience in the Commission Sharing Arrangement (CSA) space. Highly collaborative with an emphasis on teamwork to meet and exceed our goals.

Responsibilities and Impact:

· The successful candidate will be a member of the Sales team and will work closely with Product, Client Services, Account Management, Marketing and other Sales team members to drive initiatives and campaigns

· Ability to understand and engage on Research Manager services and solutions including all Payment Management types

· Stay connected to relevant market participants and track/analyze changes and regulatory requirements in target market

· Support discussions with clients and prospects, including relevant product experts as needed

· Work closely with the Sales Leadership and Product Management Teams to help build and shape product roadmap and client feedback

· Development and execution of a sales strategy with an emphasis on increasing revenue within both existing and new clients

· Collaborate to build pipeline, developing proposals, structuring agreements, and manage sophisticated relationships

· Partner to cross-sell within broader Market Intelligence division

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $121,757 - $244,7000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

· Minimum of 10 years of sales experience and/or business development experience

· New Business selling and proof of exceeding quota annually each year, ability to manage a sales closure cycle effectively and efficiently

· Pipeline management of opportunities and stakeholder management

· Knowledge and experience of CSA needs

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to present information, handle detail, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels of the organization

· Clear and succinct written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills, ability to summarize meeting notes, next actions, and follow-up questions

· Ability to review, track and analyze commercial deals in written format and verbally amongst key stakeholders

· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills

· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

· Keeps customers moving forward through their buying process

· Team player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environment
