Position Overview
We are seeking a VP of Technology (US Market) to develop our operations in the US market to build and lead a talented team of technologists, drive innovation, and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our company. You will be a key driver of our technical vision, with a specific emphasis on advancing industrial and manufacturing AI solutions.
Responsibilities
• Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a VP of Technology or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy working in US companies (especially Silicon Valley).
• Understanding of budgets and business planning.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinking.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
Qualifications
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, ideally as a CTO or VP of Technology, within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
