What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and implement software to control our state-of-the-art machines
• Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to guide design decisions
• Work with customer success and sales teams to translate client needs into software solutions
• Mentor entry/mid-level developers and share your expertise
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, sometimes requiring creative experimentation
• Communicate proposed solutions to a highly technical team
• Focus on clear communication and business impact while having the freedom to explore cutting-edge technologies
What We're Looking For:
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with Linux (systemd, journalctl, network manager, permissions)
• Hardware interfacing experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with Python, Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, web standards, RESTful APIs, and OAuth (preferred)
• Ability to work across different parts of the stack and contribute to a robust development process

• Competitive base salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 per year
