Responsibilities
• Assist our growing customer service team by reinforcing our customer focused culture and processes
• Identify potential gaps in customer coverage to better protect their families. Then refer them to our sales department.
• Provide exceptional customer service, with empathy, on high level service issues
Requirements
• Required
• Must currently reside in, or around, Benton, Arkansas
• Must have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and have a true passion for helping people!
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have above average computer skills
• Need to advise our customers on their risks and be able to provide solutions
• Must work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
