About the Role
Hamilton Revenue Solutions is seeking an experienced and innovative Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in technically supporting online marketing funnels for up to six clients simultaneously. You will work closely with B2C marketing teams to bring creative marketing ideas to life, leveraging your deep understanding of web technologies. Your ability to enhance and customize landing pages using JavaScript and other front-end technologies, beyond what standard CMS or website builders offer, will be essential to driving success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Implementation: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and optimize online marketing funnels, ensuring seamless user experiences that drive conversion.
• Custom Development: Use JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies to add bespoke functionalities and tools to landing pages that standard CMS or website builders do not provide.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and back-end developers to ensure all aspects of web pages are fully functional and visually compelling.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of web pages, ensuring fast load times, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct A/B testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise with web pages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Client Management: Manage technical aspects of marketing funnels for up to six clients simultaneously, providing regular updates and maintaining strong communication with each client.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, specifically supporting B2C marketing teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• CMS Expertise: Strong experience working with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and the ability to customize beyond the basic templates.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to bring marketing ideas to life by creating unique solutions that go beyond ‘out-of-the-box’ functionalities.
• Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail, ensuring every web page is pixel-perfect and optimized for user engagement.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
