This role will be based in Hong Kong, with hybrid/ remote working as a perk of the role.The incumbent will be expected to travel frequently as part of this sales role. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is preferred.
Business Development Manager, North Asia
(Must have Chinese/Mandarin and IT/ SAAS / Cloud Solutions)
Must have working rights to work in and live in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed the sales targets and performance indicators set by the company.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and suggestions for the positioning of the company's products or services.
• Establish, maintain, and expand a wide customer relationship network, maintain close communication with key customers, and ensure the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead complex sales projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide comprehensive solutions for customers to meet their specific needs.
• Accurately identify customer needs, provide professional product or service consultation for customers, and showcase the value and advantages of products or services.
• Participate in the negotiation and signing of contracts, ensure that the contract terms are in line with the company's interests, and supervise the execution and delivery of contracts.
• Collect market and customer feedback, and timely convey it to relevant departments to promote the improvement and optimization of products or services.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management or related fields.
• Have more than 5 years of IT sales experience, and those with successful large-scale project sales cases are preferred.
• Those with relevant sales experience in MSP cloud are preferred.
• Possess profound industry knowledge and market insight and be able to accurately grasp market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior customers.
• Strong self-driven and goal-oriented and be able to maintain a positive work attitude and high efficiency under high pressure.
• Have excellent teamwork skills and be able to collaborate with different department.
