• Lead strategies for onsite search optimization and merchandising, utilizing data-driven approaches and customer-centric strategies.
• Operate across a broad remit, providing constant analysis and developing new tactics to optimize the user experience.
• Manage and mentor the optimization team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences during key initiatives and trade events.
• Utilize data insights to identify customer pain points and prioritize changes within the optimization roadmap.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement, regularly refining optimization processes, tools, and strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a digital optimization role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of data-driven strategies and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Expertise in onsite search optimization and merchandising tools.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
