Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Washes exterior of vehicles with cleaning solutions and water using cloths, brushes and spraying equipment.
2. Cleans all interior fabric, vinyl and leather surfaces using vacuum equipment, cleaning agents, brushes, mechanized cleaning equipment and hand tools.
3. Applies wax and protectants to exterior surfaces, utilizing mechanized and hand application processes.
4. Utilizes variety of cleaners, polishers, preservation agents throughout vehicles to obtain highest quality/ "new vehicle" look.
5. Uses limited paint, dye and reconditioning chemicals to interior and exterior of vehicle.
6. Obeys all state and federal OSHA regulations, understand and complies with Material Safety Data Sheets requirements.
7. Regularly and consistently adheres to all Company policies, procedures and ethical standards and established industry guidelines.

• Extensive(up to 6 consecutive hours) standing, climbing, walking and fast walking (approximately a combined 10 miles daily) on cement, unusual parking lot surfaces, tile, lino and other interior and exterior flooring
• Repeated, regular and extended bending, twisting, sliding, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching and reaching.
• Mentally recalls, tracks and accurately recounts work in progress; the ability to apply pertinent work information.
• Extensive out-of-doors work during daytime and night time hours in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
• Uses cooperative and courteous manners with customers, co-workers and management

• Accurately compares, reads and records identification numbers up to "18" alphanumeric series (i.e., Vehicle Identification Number, part numbers).
