Summary:
My clinical stage biopharma client is seeking an experienced SAS programmer to fill an Senior Manager of Statistical programming opening. This will be hands-on programming for clinical studies for exploratory analyses, regulatory responses, and defense activities.
Position Overview:
• Conduct programming for individual and pooled analyses.
• Develop and validate statistical programs.
• Prepare specifications and datasets according to standards.
• Contribute to study-related documents and ensure compliance with data standards.
• Identify and address data issues.
• Maintain expertise in programming and statistical methods.
• Respond to regulatory queries.
• Support the statistical computing environment.
• Work with external vendors and oversee outsourced tasks.
• Communicate effectively across functions.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Statistics or related field with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with significant experience.
• Proficiency in SAS and visualization tools.
• Experience with data standards and validation tools.
• Understanding of clinical protocols and data management.
• Experience in safety and efficacy analyses.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage projects and adapt to changes.
