Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, scope requirements, collaborate with our implementation engineers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will play a crucial role in aligning our solutions with the business needs of our clients, driving satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with clients to scope project requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with implementation engineers to configure and deploy our data activation platform.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project sprints.
• Ensure project timelines are set, managed, and adhered to.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that hours quoted to clients are met and projects stay within budget.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality solutions that meet client business cases.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial or credit union industry.
• Proven experience working with clients and technical teams.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and translate client business needs into technical requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with credit unions or in the financial sector.
