I need two site plans put together that will be submitted to a township for review, eventually showing: (1) distance to parcel boundaries and key site features, (2) contour lines for elevation, (3) location of existing and proposed site buildings and amenities (including hardscape and landscaping etc). (4) utilities like septic, well, power lines, roads, etc.
The proposed amenities and building that will be drawn in are for agritourism purposes, i.e. barns, playground structures, slides, food service shacks, etc.
I will need both an overall arerial showing the general use of each area of the property and then a more granular plan for the activity yard areas such as the "applewood layout fr architects"
Perhaps eventually we could use some rendering help , but for now it is a 2D site plan.
The two farm sites are below. We can start with Hidden Valley orchard, but you use the Applewood layout" as a starting point for Hidden Valley's "activity yard".

A couple of example site plans are attached. These will be visually clean, clear, and organized and in color for a township official to review and comment.
There will likely be iterations to the locaton of items in the site plan, moving items around and testing different layouts.
