The Business Analyst will spend time working closely with customers to determine business requirements and match technical capability to solve these problems, and bring value to the customer.

Role Description

Our business analyst's primary responsibility is to close the communication gap between technology and business stakeholders by assessing processes, identifying needs, and making recommendations to bring solutions to add value and solve business issues. Our goal is to increase efficiency and assist our customers accomplish strategic goals with well documented processes and procedures. They also help to ensure that technology solutions are implemented in a way that best meets customer goals. A combination of communication skills, analytical aptitude, and in-depth knowledge of business processes and IT solutions are needed for this position.

You will assist in implementations by outlining expectations, providing recommendations, configuring off-the-shelf software, and administering training on best practices. You will assist in solving customer problems and providing value in your encounters with our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Degree (Bachelor of Commerce), diploma, certificate or an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience
• 5 - 7 years of business experience
• Proven experience in manufacturing, distribution and supply chain sectors would be beneficial to this role
• Exceptional customer management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to identify problems or areas of opportunity, document and present solutions to customers
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Strong computer skills, in particular the Google Suite of Applications
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal direction and supervision
• Ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Contribute to the development and delivery of user training programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
