We are seeking an experienced Trepp Software Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Trepp to identify off-market multi-family value-add opportunities, particularly those with loans maturing within the next 6 to 12 months. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for real estate investments, and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Trepp software to research and identify off-market multi-family properties with upcoming loan maturities (6-12 months).
Analyze and evaluate the potential of these properties for value-add opportunities.
Provide detailed reports on identified properties, including key financial metrics, loan details, and potential risks.
Collaborate with our acquisition team to strategize and prioritize potential deals.
Maintain an organized database of leads and track the status of each opportunity.
Stay updated on market trends, especially those related to multi-family properties and loan maturities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience using Trepp software, specifically for identifying real estate investment opportunities.
Strong understanding of the multi-family real estate market, with a focus on value-add opportunities.
Ability to analyze financial data and assess the viability of potential deals.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience working with a real estate investment firm or similar is a plus.
