About the Role
As a Business Development Associate at CloutBurst, you will play a crucial role in expanding our strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and other organizations. Your efforts will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to deepen your understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and strategic partnerships while honing your relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Create digital marketing content for small businesses (Videos, Webinars, etc)
• Develop and manage affiliate, e-commerce, digital goods, and other online partnerships.
• Create and execute strategic partnership plans that elevate CloutBurst’s brand and drive growth.
• Negotiate partnership agreements that align with our business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and success of partnership campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of partnership campaigns, continuously optimizing for better results.
• Maintain and enhance CloutBurst’s brand presence within the partnership ecosystem.
Qualifications
• Comfortable, articulate and persuasive on camera
• Strong interest or experience in sales, business development, or leadership within the fintech or reputation management sectors.
• Proven success in relationship building and partnership management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Passionate about helping small businesses thrive through effective reputation management.

Compensation
• Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
• Unlimited commission potential, with the opportunity to earn an additional $60,000 to $80,000+ based on your performance.
