Special Education Teacher Positions Available for 24/25 School Year
Brief Overview:
ProCare Therapy is looking to place a highly qualified and passionate Special Education Classroom Teacher in Germantown, WI to join our team of educators with one of our incredible school districts there. This position offers the flexibility of hourly employment under a W2 agreement, providing a rewarding opportunity for educators who value flexibility in their schedules along with weekly pay!
Caseload Details:
• Full-time
• Full School Year
• Middle School Caseload
• 6th-8th graders
• The caseload is predominantly students with more needs in the functional area but a cross-categorical model is used at the school
Pay & Benefits:
• Around $40 hourly pay (give or take depending upon experience)!
• Weekly direct deposit.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.
Qualifications:
• State certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Interview Process:
• (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
