Responsibilities
· Accompany and support founder as second chair, effectively transferring trust based on segmentation and relationship
· Serve as a Relationship Manager to LUX Wealth Planning Members, leading both existing and new Members through the LUX comprehensive fee-based planning process
· Present comprehensive financial plans by explaining complex topics that include retirement, small business planning, real estate, investments, and risk management
· Prospect with existing Members using feed lists prepared by the marketing team
· Leverage the LUX Wealth Planning infrastructure to handle all aspects of back-office support, including marketing, scheduling, financial plan build, meeting follow-up, client email correspondence, on-boarding, and paperwork
· Mentor Level I Advisors, supporting their knowledge, skills, and conviction

Requirements
· Demonstrated commitment to education and growth
· 5 to 10 years of successful risk and/or investment production
· Financial planning experience (with a strong understanding of tax, insurance, investments, retirement planning, and business planning), coupled with basic estate planning.
· CFP designation required; additional designations (CPA, CFA, ChFC, CLU, RICP) are a plus
· Life and Health exam (or passed within 1 month)
· FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66 exams
· Fluent with CRM Systems, Microsoft Excel
