Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Administrative and Statistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for gathering, analyzing, and managing statistical data related to multi-family housing in the Greater Nashville area. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data management, and the ability to support various functions within our organization, including sales, event planning, program management, administrative tasks, and phone management.

Key Responsibilities
• Data Collection and Analysis
• Gather and analyze statistical data related to speculative, under-construction, and completed multi-family properties.
• Track real estate transactions among multi-family properties.
• Collaborate with the statistical committee to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Market Survey Management
• Manage the quarterly market survey, including selling advertisements and subscriptions.
• Run reports and provide data-driven insights to members upon request.
• Sales and Marketing
• Sell ads for the quarterly market survey and manage subscription sales for the statistics program.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and revenue from statistics-related products.
• Event Planning assistance
• Coordinate and plan GNAA events as needed
• Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, agendas, etc. .
• Program Management
• Manage programs related to statistics and market analysis, including tracking progress and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Develop and implement program initiatives to support GNAA’s objectives.
• Administrative and Secretarial Duties
• Serve as the primary phone contact for GNAA, answering calls, directing inquiries, and providing information.
• Handle all administrative and secretarial tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
• Assist with general office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the GNAA office.

Qualifications
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft office,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
• Professional phone etiquette and experience with administrative duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
