Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Canvasser to join our team at a TOP 100 COMPANY. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, talking to residents, and gathering information about their interests and preferences. Your goal is to build relationships, understand the local market, and identify potential customers for our products or services.

Duties

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to engage with potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- Develop sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products or services to potential customers.
- Use negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Utilize market research skills to identify trends and opportunities for our products or services.
- Use telemarketing skills to follow up with potential customers and build relationships.
- Supervise and manage a team of canvassers to ensure that they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and to identify areas for improvement.
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Requirements

- Strong sales and canvassing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Experience with telemarketing and door-to-door canvassing.
- Strong understanding of the local market and ability to identify trends and opportunities for our products or services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and the sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
