Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Insurance License is a plus but not mandatory to start but will be required with in one year.

Duties

-Quote, service, and sell insurance policies.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications

-Insurance License a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with sales principles is beneficial
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer support best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:
• 8 hour shift

• Gallatin, TN 37066 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
• Gallatin, TN 37066: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
