Our team
We are the central Business Strategy and Operations team reporting to the Digital Media President. Our scope is across all functions, all customer segments, and all product categories with the goal of building the business for the next decade and beyond. Goal of this team is to drive business priorities and enable execution. In this role, you will boost leadership team efficiency, enable smooth communication, drive strong operational practices and orchestrate both strategic and operational initiatives.
The opportunity
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on individual to own and support complex and critical initiatives within the team. This role will operate in a dynamic environment to support the needs of the President and special projects across the company. You’ll be asked to bring clarity to ambiguous questions, move multiple business priorities forward at once, manage large stakeholders and bring high standard of work quality. Scope including, but not limited to:
Strategic Planning: Lead & support the development of comprehensive strategic & operating plans that align with the vision and long term objectives of Digital Media’s $14B+ business. Develop game plan, sequence, timeline, and communications. Partner closely with business, finance leadership, and extended operations teams to coordinate plan across groups. Navigate execution deliver on planning goals.
Business Operations: Help drive business operations related to organization-wide resource allocation review and ongoing headcount management. Collaborate with leaders, university team, and talent partners to support university hiring process. Partner with finance partners and business unit leaders to drive revenue planning, marketing budget & spend.
Strategic Projects: Work closely with department heads, executives, and other partners to build aligned plans on pivotal initiatives. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure perfect execution, and act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Storytelling, Communications and Influence: Ability to create executive-ready presentations and build partnerships with leaders and their teams across Adobe. Build & deliver crisp, clear and concise communications - written and verbal.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience, with 3-5 years post MBA experiences (ideally some management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff, and/or internal strategy & business operations at a large company)
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,100 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
