Document & Research Liaison I (HQ):

• Job Title: Document & Research Liaison
• Target Pay: $38.71
• Hybrid Onsite: 2 days per week on-site (1 day is fixed to be with the team)
• Shifts: 730am-4pm EST-HQ/ 8am-430pm-CST GPO for respective time zone
• Contract: open ended with potential to convert based off billet availability, performance etc
• Training: Training program that they built out internally for each task type they have through SharePoint. They will have modules, procedures, practice exercising, mentors, and peers to work with

Job Description:
To serve as principal representative to research, document and support legal cases that impact the business unit. Oversee security/legal responses involving complex
cases and escalated situations to ensure effective and optimum resolution.
Experience:
• Former Paralegal is a great BG to aim for -not a must but preferred (Legal/paralegal/legal assistance – law suites, ability to read legal documents etc)
• Research Heavy BG -not a must but preferred
• Government/Compliance Regulatory work -not a must but preferred
• Banking Knowledge -not a must but preferred (Ex. Loan Officer, Title company/Settlement Agency/Real Estate: Title reviews, title issues etc
• Desired: Thorough understanding of the financial services environment
• Teachable: basic knowledge of Microsoft suite – do not need extensive experience, they can learn that on the job
• Detail orientated/Multi-Tasker
Day 2 Day:
• Mainly working out of the research request queue where business units within REL submit questions.
• Teams are split up by functions: Level I will only perform only the bucket 1 tasks until they become proficient. Mainly researching/answering questions and reviewing Trust etc.
• POA Reviews is a huge part of what they do
• Lean Validations on properties
• As they move up to Level II and II, they will start working with other business units and leadership
• Admin Tasks: Pull loan docs, subpoena request etc
All tasks will be assigned to them each day:
Queue: 2 days to answer cases. Number of cases per day can vary depending on volume which can be up to 3-5 on a busy day
Title Reviews: 1 week to complete the review: 20 reviews per week per person
Exclusionary reviews: 2 reports per week and they get a week to review (30 to 50 SLA per report)
