Description
Reputable firm in Irvine searching for a Legal Assistant to support their Estate Planning team. This person will assist several paralegals, as well as 1-2 associate attorneys.
Responsibilities
• Assist paralegals and associates with administrative tasks such as managing email correspondence and preparing documents.
• Handle the preparation of deeds and e-recordings efficiently.
• Maintain and organize client correspondence and other related documents.
• Provide assistance in drafting minor legal documents as needed.
• Contribute to the team's efficiency by handling tasks that allow paralegals to focus on billable work.
• Leverage your past experience in a law firm environment to effectively perform duties.
Requirements
• Solid understanding of a law firm environment - Estate Planning is a nice to have!
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong client correspondence
