Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.

Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets and expand the company’s market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
