Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate our IT integration and migration projects. This role will be based in Orlando, Florida, and will report directly to the Director of IT Integration. The IT Project Manager will manage M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, infrastructure upgrades at acquired companies, AD migrations, and other key IT initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of IT integration and migration projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Lead communication and change management efforts to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project reviews and create recommendations for future projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Develop and enhance our migration playbook to ensure migrations are consistent, efficient, and cost-effective.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT integration and migration projects.
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, M365, Active Directory, and related technologies.
· Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
· PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
NOTE: This role will require occasional travel to other locations for migration projects.
