We are looking for a Lead Big Data ETL Software Engineer to join Wells Fargo’s Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data engineering and have a strong technical background in Big Data ETL. This position is based in San Francisco and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes that enable access to Wells Fargo’s data assets.Required qualifications include:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field• 5+ years of experience in Big Data ETL development• Expertise in scripting and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Java• Proven knowledge of Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark• Experience with data modeling and working with large and complex datasets• Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsIf you are a motivated professional with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have the necessary qualifications, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities of a Lead Big Data ETL Software Engineer:
