A celebrated international market with focus on seasonal ingredients is in search of a highly innovative and creative Head Chef/Caf Manager to oversee the Front of House (FoH), Back of House (BoH), and retail operations of the caf. This role entails curating and executing daily Savory and Pastry menus, procuring ingredients, team management, customer service, event coordination, catering, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
• 4+ years experience managing both BoH and FoH teams in a caf or restaurant setting
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Capable of multi-tasking while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to lead recruitment, training, and development of bakery staff
• Knowledge of proper timekeeping and payroll procedures
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
