Digital Enablement Lead - Digital Farming Solutions

About the Company:

As an employee at Direct Resources AG, Inc., you will work directly with our Client’s Digital Farming Systems teams. The Digital Enablement Lead will help build farmer confidence with digital solutions that provide valuable insights to guide their farming decisions. The DEL will serve as the local digital expert and connect the Digital team, New Business Models team, Business Unit Lead and local sales squad to achieve digital platform targets.

About the Role:

Lead local squads on companies’ digital offerings. Drive digital targets including New Business Models and Companies Digital Platform. Activate and enable digital platform accounts and support on-farm deployment. Coach seed/chemistry teams to enhance digital acumen. Connect with local sales squads and stakeholders to achieve digital platform targets.

Responsibilities:
• Lead local squads on companies’ digital offerings.
• Drive digital targets including New Business Models and Companies Digital Platform.
• Activate and enable digital platform accounts and support on-farm deployment.
• Coach seed/chemistry teams to enhance digital acumen.
• Connect with local sales squads and stakeholders to achieve digital platform targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in an agricultural field.

Required Skills:
• Experience: Proven experience with digital agricultural platforms.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to influence and motivate stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with seed/chemical sales, growers, and sales organizations.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in digital farming software, hardware compatibility, data collection, and data-driven features. FMIS (Farm Management Information System) OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), IOS, Bluetooth Technology.
