Role Overview:
• Lead and manage all sales and operations at a key agronomy retail location.
• Unite and guide a team of 10-12 members to work with established customers and support company growth.
• Coordinate with the facility operations supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the quality of products and services for customers.
• Foster positive working relationships with both customers and co-workers.
• Teach and mentor less experienced team members, demonstrating strong initiative and confidence.
• Solve problems and adapt to challenges with flexibility and a growth mindset.
• Oversee product handling, storage, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
• Supervise and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in agronomy sales, leadership, and team management.
• Crop advisory experience and a team-oriented attitude.
• Tenacity and determination to tackle challenges.
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) preferred.
