A Little Bit About The Position
Gemini Legal is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payment Entry Specialist I to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a knack for accuracy, and intermediate Excel skills. As a Payment Entry Specialist I, you'll be responsible for processing payments, entering transaction details, and reconciling payment records, all while ensuring adherence to our company policies and ethical standards. • Location: Initially fully in-office at our Rocklin, CA headquarters during training; option to work hybrid-remote after training period
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Compensation: $17.79-$21.15/hour
Requirements
• Previous data entry experience preferred; must be able to complete data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Intermediate Excel skills required to efficiently manage and reconcile financial data
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
• Advanced time management and organizational skills

Functional Requirements
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to:
• Lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking while carrying out assigned duties
