There is an untapped opportunity to re-imagine how we deliver omni-channel connected experiences, by tapping into the massive volumes of data we have on small businesses and leveraging the power of Gen AI. As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll drive the product strategy and execution - making your vision into a reality. We are seeking a high-energy, customer-obsessed, highly-collaborative self-starter who is fluent in strategically using AI to deliver magical customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Lead the initiative to re-imagine the digital help experiences across multiple channels and products with Gen AI
• Conduct customer and market research to understand the evolving AI landscape and identify opportunities to serve customers
• Create a bold vision, strategy and prioritized roadmap clearly mapped to customer benefits and business goals
• Evangelize the AI vision and strategy with senior leadership and engineering partners to inspire action
• Drive execution by motivating and coordinating across a matrix organization of cross-functional partners - owning the 'how'
• Obsess over success metrics, customer behavior data, product usage funnel and performance of the products and features to uncover opportunities, pivoting and iterating fast based on results
