### Opportunity for Budget Analysts and Auditors

#### Responsibilities
In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of federal budget guidelines and auditing procedures to:
• Support budget management and analysis in accordance with federal standards.
• Use automated data processing systems to oversee budgetary and managerial information.
• Implement and monitor operational and fiscal controls related to various funding sources, including grants.
• Conduct internal control reviews to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide insights into budgetary business processes, particularly grant management.
• Apply an understanding of federal appropriations law, including guidelines from the GAO Red Book, A-11, and A-123.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, showcasing strong writing skills.
• Organize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
#### Qualifications
• **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing and conducting internal control reviews.
• **Skills**:
• In-depth understanding of budgetary processes and grant management.
• Familiarity with federal appropriations law and associated guidelines.
• Superior communication and writing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
#### Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CGFM.
• Recent experience in government or consulting roles.
• Experience with large-scale federal projects or agencies.
