International Advertising Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager B2B to lead our efforts in acquiring new clients and expanding our business across North America.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in media sales, and business development, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue, identifying growth opportunities, developing new business, and managing client relationships across North America.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strategic partnerships, expanding our market presence, and delivering impactful sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
We are a multi-channel international media planning and buying agency based in London, operating and hiring across North America, Asia, Europe, and South America. Currently, we are also seeking media planning/buying specialists to join our team.
Our expertise spans TV, OOH, Radio & Podcasts, Digital Marketing, Print, and other innovative media planning and buying solutions. We are looking for professionals who can drive new client acquisition, contribute to the growth of our business, and provide actionable market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target prospective clients, building long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.
Lead and manage outreach campaigns to introduce our services and expand our client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to perform in-depth media research for each country, focusing on the most popular and effective media formats for each business category (Retail, iGaming, Travel etc.), and providing insights to support business development.
Work closely with internal media planners to thoroughly understand potential client needs. Analyze competitor strategies to pinpoint gaps and opportunities, enabling you to effectively position and sell our media planning and buying services as the ideal solution.
Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across North America.
Collaborate with internal teams, including media planning, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
Present and articulate the strategic benefits of our media planning and buying services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Provide regular business development reports, research findings, and strategic insights to management.
Skills, Behaviors, and Experience Required:
Proven experience in business development or media sales, with a focus on planning and buying services.
Strong understanding of various media channels, including TV, OOH, radio, print, and digital.
Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting to clients, both in-person and via video calls, in a clear and persuasive manner.
Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and compelling presentations.
Strong negotiating and closing skills with the ability to turn prospects into clients and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Efficient and organized working style; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage time and priorities.
High attention to detail.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
