Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Author Marketing, B2C), the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of author lifecycle programs and content acquisition campaigns run by the B2C Author Marketing team. This will include exposure to and learning the process of creating compelling multi-channel marketing programs from assessing the customer’s needs, defining the value of our offering, driving product/brand awareness, evaluating campaign and marketing channel performance and ultimately generating demand. The role will also provide additional administrative support to the overall B2C Marketing team and assist in the creation of creative assets, submitting briefs for campaign deliverables and developing presentation materials. This role will provide hands-on experience in a variety of marketing functions, including copy development for email and digital (social/SEM) campaigns, managing website updates, participating in planning and budgeting cycles and cross-team communications.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently, learn quickly, be highly organized, and pay attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a reliable, multi-tasking, and results-driven team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an interest in learning all aspects of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
How you will make an impact:
• On an ongoing basis, support the B2C Author Marketing team by ensuring messaging and other details are correct for all author lifecycle programs
• Support execution of creative and presentation assets (using tools such as Canva, Stensul, Lucidchart and Powerpoint)
• Develop internal communications about marketing programs to educate and inform
• Provide general admin support to the B2C Marketing team, including budget tracking
• Provide project management support to keep activities on track
• Provide cover where necessary to ensure campaigns remain on track
• Support with collating campaign results to support a comprehensive reporting mechanism back to all stakeholders

• Are data literate, able to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are proficient with MS Office (esp. Excel; Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Have a mindset of continous improvement and
• Are self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize and make decisions within given parameters
• Can work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
